Promotional terms and conditions:

I. Entry Window
Promotion begins on Monday, November 23rd, 2020 at 12:01 AM EST.
Promotion ends on Friday, December 31st, 2020 at 11:59 PM EST.

II. Entry Methods
All entries are logged within our PromoSimple promotional platform. If for any reason a user is not registered with the system, their entries will still be counted. The breakdown of entry value for all standard entry actions is as follows:
a. Entry Type 1: Required Entries:
1. Earn 10 entries for creating an account.
2. Earn 10 entries for telling us what you're grateful for.
b. Entry Type 2: "Bonus" Entries-- a mix of daily entries and one-time entry methods:
1. Earn 3 entries for telling us if you agree (or not) to publicly post about any prizes you might win.
2. Earn 5 entries for following Jamie on Twitter.
3. Earn 5 entries for liking Jamie's Facebook page.
4. Earn 5 entries for following Jamie on Instagram.
5. Earn 2 entries PER DAY, PER ACTION:
-- Like/react any of Jamie's posts on his Facebook page
-- Share any of Jamie's posts containing the tag #Thanksgiveaway
-- Comment on any of Jamie's posts on his Facebook page
-- Retweet any of Jamie's tweets containing the tag #Thankgiveaway
-- Like and/or comment on any of Jamie's tweets
-- Tag at least two (2) friends in a reply to any post by Jamie containing the tag #Thanksgiveaway
-- Respond to a comment made by another follower on either Facebook or Twitter
5. Jamie and his team may post additional entry methods throughout the duration of the promotion, known as a "Flash Bonus". Typically worth 5 entries, the actions vary from responding to Facebook/Twitter posts, to participating in Bonus Prizes, to taking a poll, and other opportunities.

III. Prizes
There are two categories of prizes within the promotion, and prizes within each category:
1. Grand Prizes
a. 1 x Apple iPad Pro Bundle
b. 1 x Microsoft Surface Pro Bundle
c. 1 x Xbox Series X Bundle
d. 2 x Amazon $500 Gift Cards
2. Gift Card Prizes
a. 10 x Netflix $100 gift cards
b. 20 x Amazon $100 gift cards
c. 50 x Amazon $50 gift cards
d. BONUS PRIZES
There will be three (3) bonus prize periods during the course of the promotion:
- Bonus prize 1: December 3 - December 5. There will be 5 winners of an Amazon $50 gift card. Winners randomly selected and notified no later than December 9th. Claim forms for winners must be submitted no later than December 11th to avoid forfeiture. Prizes will be distributed electronically via email no later than December 16th, 2020.
- Bonus prize 2: December 14 - December 18. There will be 8 winners of an Amazon $25 gift card. Winners randomly selected and notified no later than December 27th. Claim forms for winners must be submitted no later than [TBD] to avoid forfeiture. Prizes will be distributed electronically via email no later than [TBD].
- Bonus prize 3: December 23 - December 27. Prize specifications TBD.

IV. Additional Terms
By participating in this promotion you agree to understanding the following:
1. You are at least 18 years of age
2. You are a resident of the United States and/or Canada and/or Philippines
3. You will not use multiple platform and/or social media accounts to enter
4. If you are found to be using multiple platform and/or social media accounts, tamper with the platform and/or social media software, or attempt to interfere with the execution or entry methods of the promotion in any way, you will be immediately disqualified
5. Entrants may be disqualified or acknowledged as winners with or without any explanation
6. Minor changes to prizes upon distribution may be made at the discretion of Jamie's team and/or prize sponsors
7. Jamie, his team, and any/all sponsors are void of responsibility in the event of any complication pertaining to the counting of entries, claim process and/or distribution of prizes, or any other function pertaining to the promotion

V. Winners & Prize Claiming
Winners will be contacted via email (and/or social media) between 1/18/2021 and 1/29/2021.
Some winners may be contacted publicly on social media.
This time period may be extended or adjusted with or without notice.
Winners will have two days (48 hours) to submit the claim form sent to them, and all requested information must be filled out completely and accurately.
Failure to do so may result in forfeiting a prize, in which case said prize will be given an alternate entrant.
A full list of winners will be made available to the public no later than 2/12/2021, and may be requested solely via email by contacting Promo@jamietimbre.co with the subject line "thanksgiveaway winners list" or similar.

V. Privacy Policy &
1. All entrant information will be kept private and confidential at all times. Entrant information will only be used for the purposes of contacting winners and solely for communication with Jamie's followers. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.
2. Public comments, tweets, tags, shares, and any form of post, on any social platform, by users on Jamie's pages may be used in promotional material now or at any time in the future. If you do not wish to be included in any promotional material, please send an email to Promo@jamietimbre.co with the subject line "Promotional Waiver" no later than January 1, 2021.
