8. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning will vary depending upon the number of entries submitted. (For instance, if there are 10,000 entries in the sweepstakes, odds of winning will be 1:10,000.)
9. Selection and Notification of Winners
One (1) Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible Participants conducted on the Sponsor's behalf through the servers at Random.org or through the servers at PromoSimple's random number generator on approximately December 1, 2021. The determination made by the servers at Random.org or the PromoSimple servers will be final.
The prize Winner will be contacted by email thereafter, and may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and publicity (where permitted) and tax documents where necessary, and return the same, properly executed, within five (5) days of issuance of prize notification.
If Sponsor is unable to contact the winner or winners within three (3) days from first notification attempt, if the winner or winners fail to complete and return all requested forms by the specified date, or if the winner fails to comply with any of the requirements, it will result in forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner will be selected by a random drawing of all eligible participants as described in the preceding paragraph.
10. Awarding of Prizes
All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with any element of the prize not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of the respective Winner. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the prize Winner's responsibility.
Prize cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize, or portions thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value should market conditions require it.
Transfer of Firearm - Transfer of any prize falling under the legal definition of a firearm, shall be conducted through a federally-licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. All firearms transfers will be conducted in strict compliance with all applicable Federal, State and Local laws. If, at any time prior to fulfillment of the prize, the winner is unable, unwilling, or barred from obtaining or using a firearm, the winner will be declared ineligible. By entering this sweepstakes, you acknowledge that you are not legally prohibited from owning or taking possession of a firearm.
If, after any prize winner is determined and declared and the prize is shipped to the prize winner's FLL dealer of choice in his or her state of residence, the prize winner cannot be reached, does not respond, or is unwilling or unable to receive a transfer of the prize from his or her chosen federal firearms licensee (for failure to pass a required background check, legal prohibition of the transfer, or any other reason), Sponsor reserves right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to take any one of the following steps: disqualify the entrant or prize winner, void an attempted award, select an alternate prize winner in a random selection of all remaining eligible entries, or terminate the Sweepstakes.
Ammunition Giveaways - Notwithstanding the other rules set forth herein, prior to transfer of any prize subject to any state or federal ammunition laws, the Winner will be required to identify and provide the name of a licensed federal firearms dealer who is eligible to receive and transfer said prize to the Winner pursuant to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The Winner is responsible for all firearms dealer transaction fees, background check fees and ammunition transfer requirements imposed by federal, state, and local laws. Taxes on prizes and all expenses related to acceptance and use of any prize and not specified are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
10. Publicity Rights
a. Submission of an entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes permission for the Sponsor, its brands, its partners and its agencies to use winners’ names and likenesses for purposes of advertising and publicity in all media worldwide without further compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law.
b. The selected Winner shall grant in writing to the Sponsor, its brands, and its partners, the right and permission to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media existing now or hereafter, including but not limited to the internet, the Winner’s name, picture, city/town of residence, voice, likeness, opinions and biographical information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes, including the broadcast of the Winner’s name on television or radio, without additional consideration, compensation, permission or notification for said use.
c. The selected Winner shall complete any documents requested by Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates or partners, granting Sponsor and its parents, affiliates and partners the worldwide rights to use Winner’s name, photograph, recordings, or other likeness for advertising and promotional purposes.

12. Consent to Receive Marketing
By entering this Sweepstakes, Contestants grant their consent to receiving marketing messages from the Sponsor and its partners and affiliates. Submission of the entry form constitutes prior express written consent to receive marketing texts, emails, phone calls, automated messages, and marketing messages in any other medium. Contestants may opt out or withdraw their consent as outlined in Section 7-c of these rules.
13. Privacy

14. Severability
The provisions of these Rules are severable, and should any of these provisions be determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the provisions will be given force and effect consonant with the intentions of the rules.
15. Liability Waiver and Indemnity, Limitations of Damages
a. If Sponsor is unable to contact the winner or winners within three (3) days from first notification attempt, if the winner or winners fail to complete and return all requested forms by the specified date, or if the winner fails to comply with any of the requirements, it will result in forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner will be selected by a random drawing of all eligible participants as described in the preceding paragraph.
10. Awarding of Prizes
All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with any element of the prize not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of the respective Winner. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the prize Winner's responsibility.
Prize cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize, or portions thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value should market conditions require it.
Transfer of Firearm - Transfer of any prize falling under the legal definition of a firearm, shall be conducted through a federally-licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. All firearms transfers will be conducted in strict compliance with all applicable Federal, State and Local laws. If, at any time prior to fulfillment of the prize, the winner is unable, unwilling, or barred from obtaining or using a firearm, the winner will be declared ineligible. By entering this sweepstakes, you acknowledge that you are not legally prohibited from owning or taking possession of a firearm.
If, after any prize winner is determined and declared and the prize is shipped to the prize winner's FLL dealer of choice in his or her state of residence, the prize winner cannot be reached, does not respond, or is unwilling or unable to receive a transfer of the prize from his or her chosen federal firearms licensee (for failure to pass a required background check, legal prohibition of the transfer, or any other reason), Sponsor reserves right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to take any one of the following steps: disqualify the entrant or prize winner, void an attempted award, select an alternate prize winner in a random selection of all remaining eligible entries, or terminate the Sweepstakes.
Ammunition Giveaways - Notwithstanding the other rules set forth herein, prior to transfer of any prize subject to any state or federal ammunition laws, the Winner will be required to identify and provide the name of a licensed federal firearms dealer who is eligible to receive and transfer said prize to the Winner pursuant to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The Winner is responsible for all firearms dealer transaction fees, background check fees and ammunition transfer requirements imposed by federal, state, and local laws. Taxes on prizes and all expenses related to acceptance and use of any prize and not specified are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
10. Publicity Rights
a. Submission of an entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes permission for the Sponsor, its brands, its partners and its agencies to use winners’ names and likenesses for purposes of advertising and publicity in all media worldwide without further compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law.
b. The selected Winner shall grant in writing to the Sponsor, its brands, and its partners, the right and permission to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media existing now or hereafter, including but not limited to the internet, the Winner’s name, picture, city/town of residence, voice, likeness, opinions and biographical information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes, including the broadcast of the Winner’s name on television or radio, without additional consideration, compensation, permission or notification for said use.
c. The selected Winner shall complete any documents requested by Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates or partners, granting Sponsor and its parents, affiliates and partners the worldwide rights to use Winner’s name, photograph, recordings, or other likeness for advertising and promotional purposes.

12. Consent to Receive Marketing
By entering this Sweepstakes, Contestants grant their consent to receiving marketing messages from the Sponsor and its partners and affiliates. Submission of the entry form constitutes prior express written consent to receive marketing texts, emails, phone calls, automated messages, and marketing messages in any other medium. Contestants may opt out or withdraw their consent as outlined in Section 7-c of these rules.
13. Privacy
Sponsor’s gathering, storage, securing and use of Contestant’s private data is governed by the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.getzone.com/privacy-policy/. Sponsor’s partners, affiliates, service providers, manufacturers and others have their own separate privacy policies. Contestants should carefully read those third parties’ privacy policies.
14. Severability
The provisions of these Rules are severable, and should any of these provisions be determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the provisions will be given force and effect consonant with the intentions of the rules.
15. Liability Waiver and Indemnity, Limitations of Damages
a. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliated companies and partners, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the "Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto), including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors associated with the Sweepstakes, including lost, interrupted or unavailable Internet Service Provider (ISP), network, server, wireless service provider, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, cellular tower or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (c) mechanical, network, electronic, computer, human, printing or typographical errors; (d) application downloads; (e) any other errors or problems in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes, the announcement of the winner, the cancellation or postponement of the event and/or the flyover, if applicable, the incorrect downloading of the application, the processing of entries application downloads or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; or (f) injury, death, losses or damages of any kind, to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrants participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, receipt or misuse of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto).
b. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the entrant be entitled to receive attorney's fees.
c. Released Parties shall not be responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes.
d. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages other than actual damages. Entrants waive any other damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, multiple, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
16. Facebook Disclaimer
Entrants should understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook.
