1. Eligibility. This giveaway is open to US residents who are at least 18 years old , expect those residing in Alaska and Hawaii.
2. How to Enter. This giveaway begins on 11/24/2013 at 10:00 A.M. CST. All entries must be received by 12/3/2013 12:00 A.M. CST, as this is when the giveaway will end. Everyone who enters this giveaway will obtain one entry by providing their email address. This entry is only used for the purpose of contacting the winner. Thereafter, you may obtain additional entries on this giveaway through additional actions (i.e., by liking on Facebook, following on Twitter, following on Pinterest, etc).
3. Prize. One randomly generated winner will win a Ciate Velvet Manicure set in the color Mink Cashmere. This set includes one 13.5 ml bottle of Cream Soda Nail Polish, a 8.5 g tube of Luminous Grey Crushed Velvet, and one Little Black Brush. Its retail value is $19.00. This item was purchased by the author of Slices of Samantha, and this giveaway is not sponsored in any way.
4. Odds of Winning. The odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received.
5. Winner Selection. A prize number will be assigned to your entry upon receipt of your entry. A winning number will be generated through Promosimple.com on or shortly after the Entry Deadline Date. If your prize number matches the winning number, you meet the eligibility requirements, and you comply with the official giveaway stipulations, you will win the prize.
6. Winner Notification. The winner will be notified, via email, within two (2) days after the giveaway entry deadline.
7. Claiming Your Prize. The winner must respond within two (2) days of notification or they will forfeit the prize. In the case that the prize is forfeited, a new winner will be generated through Promosimple.com. All prizes will be awarded.
8. Prize Substitution. The winner may not substitute the prize for any other prize or for cash. Slices of Samantha may substitute the prize for any other prize of equal or greater value, in its reasonable discretion, in the event the prize is not available for any reason outside of sponsor’s reasonable control.
9. Prize Distribution. Further contact with the winner will be made in order to obtain their shipping address. Shipping costs are paid by the author of Slices of Samantha.
