SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes entry period (the “Entry Period”) begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on Thursday, September 26th and ends at 11:59 PM ET on Thursday, September 26th (“Sweepstakes End Date”).
PRIZE: One Total Prize Will Be Awarded, comprised of a Prime Electric Scooter manufactured by Razor Scooters USA and a Cycling Helmet. The Winner will be contacted to receive the Prize. If the Winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, the winner will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be selected. The Winner is determined by a random drawing based on the Entrants selection of a chance to win a prize. Approximate Retail Value of the Prize: $650.
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to individual legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. The Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of Paragon Marketing Group, LLC (“Sponsor”), Pepsi-Cola Advertising and Marketing, Inc., Prairie View A&M University and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible to participate or win the Prize. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, territory, provincial and local laws, rules and regulations.
Authorization: By authorizing a child to participate, the parent or guardian expressly agrees to these Official Rules and the grant of ownership to any and all submissions set forth herein. Hereinafter, all references to “entrants” or “Winners” shall be construed to include the parent or legal guardian of any minor, who is acting on behalf of such minor.
IMPORTANT STATEMENT ABOUT PROTECTING CHILDREN’S PRIVACY: Sponsors are committed to protecting the online privacy of children. RANDOM DRAWING: The potential winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected by a random drawing within 48 hours following the Sweepstakes End Date from among all eligible entries received into the drawing. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules, the potential winner will be declared the official winner of the Sweepstakes (the “Winner”). The prize will be mailed to the Winner and the cost of the shipping will be paid for by the Sponsor. The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received as of the applicable Drawing Date Deadline. Limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail address.

PUBLICATION, LICENSE AND RELEASE: By entering the Sweepstakes and submitting an entry, each entrant (a) grants to Sweepstakes Entities and each of their respective designees the perpetual and unlimited right and license to use, license, edit, modify, duplicate and/or create derivative works from his/her entry throughout the world and in perpetuity, including, but not limited to, the right for Sweepstakes Entities, as applicable, to publish, display, broadcast, distribute, reproduce, perform, create derivative works from and otherwise use and exploit the entry via the Internet or any other interactive media, in venue, on television, in print and/or any other media currently existing and hereafter developed and without limitation and without payment of any compensation to the entrant or his/her heirs and successors, (i) on its own or as part of any audiovisual or other production; (ii) to advertise any products, programming or services of The University of Colorado Health or for any other advertising, marketing, publicizing and promotional purposes and in any materials related thereto; and/or (iii) for any other purpose whatsoever; and (b) release in perpetuity the Released Parties from any claims, demands, losses and liabilities of any nature arising out of or in any way connected with the entry, and the use thereof as permitted hereunder, including, but not limited to, claims of false endorsement or infringement of rights of publicity or privacy. In the event that any potential winner does not respond to any such Prize Notification within two (2) days of the winning notification email, or declines the Prize for any reason, a disqualification will result, the Prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries. Each potential winner may be required to submit his/her valid social security number and/or other identification to Sponsor and may be required to execute, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and, unless prohibited by law, Publicity, within twelve (12) hours of the time of issuance.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLIC RELEASE: By entering, entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify each of the Sweepstakes Entities against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of the Sweepstakes, or the entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and caused by the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize awarded in the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, any claims for damage to property, personal injury, death or claims based on defamation, rights of privacy, rights of publicity or merchandise delivery.
