- All prizes provided for this giveaway ("Giveaway") have been donated by each individual participating shop. They are Apple Tree Art Studio, Gloriousmess!, Lady Papery, Love, Dot & Daisy, Oveida, Prince & Tower, Rabbit & The Duck, Rulitos, So Soap (collectively known as "The Sponsors").
ELIGIBILITY
- This Giveaway is open to all legal residents of all available countries listed 14 years of age or older.
ENTRY PERIOD
- The Giveaway begins daily at midnight local Sydney time and ends at 23:59 the same day local Sydney time (the "Entry Period") and will run from December 16, 2013 to December 20, 2013. All entries must be received during each daily Entry Period to be eligible.
HOW TO ENTER
Entrants may enter the Giveaway using the Promosimple widget on http://sharethemess.com/blog or via the Facebook Page of The Sponsors.
PRIZE
Daily prizes as stated on the Giveaway will be provided by one, or more of The Sponsors. One prize pack per day can be won.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
One winner will be randomly selected using the random winner picker by PromoSimple at the end of the Entry Period to receive one Prize each. Each winner will be notified via the email he or she registered with within 24 hours of the Entry Period expiring. Each winner will need to provide a mailing address within 48 hours of notification so we can post your prize!
- Depending on the country, it could take anywhere from 3 business days to 20 business days for your prize to arrive. Please be patient! We have no control over what happens on planes, trains and automobiles once your prize is at the mercy of the postal service :(
However, the winner forfeits all rights to the prize and an alternate winner may be selected if the full name and mailing address or email is not confirmed within 48 hours of sending such notification. Winners must meet the eligibility requirements for the giveaway as described above. Prizes will be posted by each individual store from where the prize originates between the confirmation of the winner's mailing address by the winner and January 1, 2014.

The odds of winning will depend on the total number of entries received during the Entry Period.
TAXES
All federal, state and/or local income and other taxes, related to the acceptance and/or use of the prize, if any, are a winner’s sole responsibility. The Sponsors shall have no obligation to pay any taxes related to awarding the prizes.

Entrants are solely responsible for their own actions and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless The Sponsors from any liability for losses, damages or injuries arising in connection with their participation in the Sweepstakes or the award of a prize.
