HOW TO ENTER:

Social Media Entry: Users must like and share from a public profile. Social media submissions must complete the entry form via the methods described herein. All entries will be featured in a gallery on Facebook page. Entries must be original content owned and produced by the entrant ant may not include lewd or vulgar images or descriptions. Entries become the property of the Sponsor, not Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, and will not be acknowledged or returned. You may not enter more than once through all methods of entry.

COPYRIGHT: Photographs that include sculptures, statues, paintings, and other works of art will be accepted as long as they do not constitute copyright infringement or fraud; provided entrants must be prepared to provide a release form as described below in "Release." When photographing the work of others, it must be as an object in its environment and not a full-frame close-up of another person's art. The photograph, in its entirety, must be a single work of original material taken by the entrant. By entering, entrant represents, acknowledges, and warrants that the submitted photograph is an original work created solely by the entrant, that the photograph does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, and that no other party has any right, title, claim, or interest in the photograph.

TIMING: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on September 17, 2018 ("Start Date"), and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on September 20, 2018 (the "End Date," and such period, the “Giveaway Period”).



PRIZES AND ODDS: Total approximate retail value (ARV) for all prizes: US $0. Prizes are nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. Winner will be responsible for all taxes (federal, state, and local) and all expenses not listed herein related to acceptance and use of any prize. Prize will be awarded if properly claimed. Limit one prize per household. The odds of winning a prize are dependent on the number of eligible entries received.

DRAWING: Winner(s) will be selected by random drawing from all valid eligible entries received. The drawing will be held September 20, 2018 and winners will be announced the end week of September 17. The drawing will be conducted by Rafflecopter, whose decisions on all matters related to the Giveaways will be final and binding and within their sole discretion. Winning is contingent upon compliance with all terms and conditions set forth in these official rules; any entry drawn or any potential winner identified thereby found at any time to fail to comply with these official rules will be held invalid and ineligible for award.

CONDITIONS: Entries that are ineligible as a result of being lost, late, illegible, damaged, incompletae, stolen, postage due, or misdirected: b) Any typographical or other human or technical errors in the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to errors in advertising, these official rules, the selection and announcement of a winner(s), or the distribution/awarding of a prize(s); c) Any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, misdirection, damage, injury, technical malfunctions or traffic congestion on the Internet/telephone network, or at any website, or any combination thereof. Ships out only to US. Code expires after 30 days. No substitutions allowed. No cash value. By entering this Contest, all entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor and its partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, agents and their employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of their participation in this Contest or any Contest-related activities and the acceptance and use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded hereunder. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission; communications line failure; theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to Contest entries or entry forms; or alteration of entries or entry forms. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems with or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, human errors of any kind, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrants' or any other persons' computers related to or resulting from participation, uploading or downloading of any materials related to in this Contest.



11. LAW: Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants or Sponsor in connection with any drawing or award, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of, the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any cause of action by you with respect to the offer (and/or any information, products or services related thereto) must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred. All actions shall be subject to the limitations set forth in above. The language in these official rules shall be interpreted as in accordance with its fair meaning and not strictly for or against either party.
