ELIGIBILITY: Open only to persons who are 18 years of age or older and a U.S. resident. Employees of The Mattox Group are not eligible to enter or win a prize. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.   SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes entry period begins at 9:00 a.m. PST on March 23, 2022 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PST on March 30, 2022 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Winners will be selected from entries properly submitted and timely received during the Sweepstakes Period.   HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, fill out the Promo Simple survey and consent to being added to The Mattox Group’s mailing list for future contact. Limit one (1) entry per person and per e-mail address during the Sweepstakes Period via online entry, regardless of whether a person has more than one address or more than one person uses the same address.   WINNER SELECTION: One (1) winner will be determined by random drawing to be held on or about March 31, 2022. The winner will be selected from entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The potential winner will be notified via email to the email address submitted with the potential winner’s entry within one (1) week after the drawing. The drawing will be conducted by The Mattox Group, the judge of the Sweepstakes, whose decisions on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes shall be final. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, The Mattox Group may, in its sole discretion, award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected at random.   PRIZES: The winner will receive four (4) tickets for the San Jose Earthquakes to attend one (1) of three (3) subsequent sporting event dates at PayPal Park in San Jose, California. The potential dates for the attendance include April 16, 2022, May 22, 2022 or July 3, 2022. PayPal Park’s parking fee is not included and is an added expense to the winner. No prize transfer.   CONDITIONS: The Mattox Group reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes (or portion thereof). The Mattox Group also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify the entry of any individual. All federal, state and local taxes on prize and any expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner. Should a dispute arise regarding the identity of the claimant, The Mattox Group reserves the sole right to determine the eligible party. BY ENTERING, ENTRANT WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO BRING (AND COVENANTS NOT TO BRING) ANY CLAIM AGAINST THE MATTOX GROUP OR ANY OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES. ENTRANTS FURTHER AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE MATTOX GROUP FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THEIR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR THE MATTOX GROUP’S USE OF ANY ENTRY INFORMATION. Any disputes that may arise hereunder shall be governed in all respects by the laws of California without regard to the conflicts of laws principles of any jurisdiction. Venue with respect to any such disputes shall be had in the state and federal courts of California.   PUBLICITY AND RELEASE: As a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, except where prohibited by law, each entrant and the winner by accepting a prize, grants The Mattox Group all right, title and interest in, to publicize, broadcast, display and/or otherwise use, the Sweepstakes entrant’s name, city, state, and biographical material (collectively, “Licensed Rights”) in any media for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional review, compensation, or approval of the winner. If Winner does not respond to notification, or is not present when prize delivery is attempted, such prize will be forfeited.
