4. Prize. One winner[s] will win ONE (1) $250 Teavana gift card. Prize will be sent direct from the {sponsor} via mail. Mail carrier is determined by sponsor. The owner of this blog as well as the sponsor in question, are not responsible for lost, stolen, or non-deliverable mail issues. In addition, the owner of this blog {Roasted Beanz} is not liable for fulfillment of this prize should the sponsor fail to complete its contractual, written, or verbal obligation.
5. Winner Selection & Notification. One entry for this prize will be selected at random. The winner will be notified via the email they provided when entering the giveaway at the sweepstakes close. However the winner forfeits all rights to the prize and an alternate winner may be selected if the winning entry is not properly completed AND/OR the full name and mailing address is not confirmed within [48] hours of email notification.
