1. Eligibility. This sweepstakes (“Sweepstakesâ€) is open to legal residents of the fifty U.S. states, {and the District of Columbia} 18 years of age or older. Owner of Roasted Beanz, as well as all applicable immediate family members (i.e., parents, children, siblings, spouse) of the foregoing, are prohibited from entering the Sweepstakes. Any violation of the Official Rules may result in disqualification. The Owner(s) and/or Sponsor site has no obligation to notify violators of their disqualification.
2. Entry Period. Sweepstakes begins May 7, 2014 at 12:01am EST and ends May 21, 2014 at 11:59pm EST (the “Entry Periodâ€). All entries must be received during the Entry Period.
3. How to Enter. Entrants may access the online entry form at: http://wwwroastedbeanz.com as well as all applicable event blogs listed above and on the entry form.
4. Prize. One winner[s] will win ONE prize consisting of three (3) menu options for their own Relished menu delivery experience. Prize will be sent direct from the {sponsor} via mail TO CONFIRMED DELIVERY AREAS ONLY. This area includes roughly half the United States. Anywhere east of the Colorado river, with the exception of Florida and Maine. The owner[s] of Roasted Beanz and said sponsor, Relished, are not responsible for lost, stolen, or non-deliverable mail issues. As well, the owner[s] of Roasted Beanz are not liable for sponsor fulfillment of this prize.
5. Winner Selection & Notification. One entry for this prize will be selected at random. The winner will be notified via the email they provided when entering the giveaway at the sweepstakes close. However the winner forfeits all rights to the prize and an alternate winner may be selected if the winning entry is not properly completed AND/OR the full name and mailing address is not confirmed within [48] hours of email notification. Winners must meet the eligibility requirements for the sweepstakes as described above. The Owner(s) of Roasted Beanz and/or Sponsor will determine whether each winner who has responded to the Selection Notification within the time allowed meets those requirements. Winners who do not meet the eligibility requirements for the Sweepstakes will be disqualified and alternate winners may be selected. All decisions of the Owner(s) of Roasted Beanz and/or Sponsor regarding this Sweepstakes are final and binding in all respects. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.
6. Odds. Odds of winning will vary based on the number of entries received during the entry period.
7. Taxes. All federal, state and/or local income and other taxes, related to the acceptance and/or use of the prize, if any, are a winner’s sole responsibility. Neither the Owner(s) of Roasted Beanz and/or Sponsor shall have any obligation to pay any taxes related to awarding the prizes.
8. Consent and Indemnification. Entrants are solely responsible for their own actions and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Owner(s) of Roasted Beanz; Sponsor; Event blogs participating; Facebook; Pinterest; Twitter; Instagram; immediate family members (i.e., parents, children, siblings, spouse); subsidiaries; divisions and related companies and the officers; directors, employees, agents, successors, assigns and licensees from any liability for losses, damages or injuries arising in connection with their participation in the Sweepstakes or the award of a prize.

Entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder†is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institute) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
