1. Contest begins June 2nd, 2014 and ends June 30th, 2014. KVEW and KAPP viewers are invited to enter online through the KVEW KAPP Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/KVEWKAPPtv). Entrants will be encouraged to Like: Coldwell Banker Tomlinson Associated Brokers (https://www.facebook.com/CBTABSTC) and Fred's Appliance Kennewick (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Freds-Appliance-Kennewick/155905001231266) on Facebook to enter. The Laundry Love Giveaway will be hosted on the KVEW KAPP tv Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/KVEWKAPPtv). One (1) winner will be chosen from the entries. Winner will receive (1) one GE Front Load Washer & Dryer with built in pedestal (item# GFWR4805FMC and GFDR485EFMC). The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Prize is $2,500 ($2,500). All entries must be submitted through the KVEW KAPP tv Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/KVEWKAPPtv). The drawing will take place at KVEW TV in Kennewick, WA (601 N. Edison Kennewick, WA 99336). Winner does not need to be present at the time of the drawing to win. The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries. The specifics of all aforementioned elements of the prize are solely determined by Sponsor. All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with any element of the prize not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of the respective Winner. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the prize Winner's responsibility. Prize cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize, or portions thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value.
2. Each Participant must be a natural person, and each Participant is limited to a single email address, Facebook account, and/or other accounts used for entry. Multiple Participants are not permitted to share the same email address, Facebook account, and/or other accounts used for entry. Any incorrect or incomplete entry is void.
Any attempt by any Participant to obtain entries by using multiple/different email addresses, Facebook and other social media accounts, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that Participant's entries and that Participant will be disqualified from the Promotion.
Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents (including Promotion entry services) will void all entries by that Participant. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the Participant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holders.
If, in the Sponsor's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Promotion, or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and void any entries submitted fraudulently, to modify or suspend the Promotion, or to terminate the Promotion and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the termination date. Should the Promotion be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the Website. Any attempt by a Participant or any other individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Contestants must fully complete the entry form in order to be considered a finalist; winner must provide name, email address, phone number, city, zip code and date of birth in order to collect prize(s). This Promotion is governed by United States law, is subject to the laws and regulations of the 50 States, of the District of Columbia, and of the Federal Government, and is void where prohibited. In the event of a dispute arising out of this Promotion, the Participant agrees that the law of Washington will govern and specifically consents to personal jurisdiction over any such dispute in Washington.
Any claims, judgments, or awards will be limited to actual costs associated with entering this promotion. The Participant hereby waives any rights or claims to attorney's fees and indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages of the Participant, identifiable persons, or third parties, whether foreseeable or not and whether based on negligence or otherwise.
4. Employees, interns, and independent contractors of KAPP KVEW, affiliated sponsors, and employee affiliates and their immediate families and significant others or employees of participating trades are not eligible to enter or participate in the use or enjoyment of any prize.
5. Selected winner must be at least 21 years of age and must be a US citizen. Winners must reside within the designated market. All entrants must be a legal resident of the state of Washington, Idaho, Oregon or Montana. If the winning entrant is found to be live outside the specific region they will subsequently be disqualified and a new winner will be chosen. Non-compliance with rules may result in disqualification.
6. Prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. No substitutes of prize will be permitted.
7. KAPP KVEW and affiliated sponsors are not liable for the failure of any third-party prizes. KAPP KVEW also reserves the right to not award 3rd party prizes to contestants who have, in KAPP KVEW sole judgment, failed to comply with terms of previous contests run by KAPP KVEW.
8. Winner is responsible for all local, state, and federal applicable taxes, meals, all gratuities and incidental expenses arising from this contest.
9. By participating in this contest, contestants grant KAPP KVEW permission and the right to publicize and/or broadcast contestants name, character, likeness, voice, and fact that he/she has participated in or won a KAPP KVEW contest without any additional compensation.
10. Decision of KAPP KVEW judges are final.
11. By accepting any prize, winner releases KAPP KVEW from any and all liabilities associated with said prize.
12. By participating in this contest, each entrant unconditionally agrees to abide by these rules. KAPP KVEW reserves the right to change the rules or discontinue the contest at any time without notice.
13. Time-Sensitive prizes (ie. Concerts) must be picked up from KAPP KVEW (601 N. Edison Kennewick, WA 99336) no later than 5pm the night of the event or by 5pm on Friday if the event occurs during a weekend. If the event occurs on a holiday, winner must collect prize by 5pm on the business day before the holiday.
14. Non time-sensitive prizes (ie. CDs, clothing ect.) must be picked up from KAPP KVEW (601 N. Edison Kennewick, WA 99336) within 90 days of contest end date. All prizes not picked up 90 days after contest end date may be forfeited.
15. This Promotion is governed by United States law, is subject to the laws and regulations of the 50 States, of the District of Columbia, and of the Federal Government, and is void where prohibited. In the event of a dispute arising out of this Promotion, the Participant agrees that the law of Washington will govern and specifically consents to personal jurisdiction over any such dispute in Washington. The Sponsor and other participating vendors (collectively with Sponsor, the "Promotion Entities"), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, and any and all Internet servers and access provider(s) are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical malfunctions; failures, omissions, interruptions, deletions, or defects of any telephone networks, computer online systems, computer equipment, server providers, or software, including any injury or damage to Participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Promotion; inability to access the Website; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; transactions that are processed late or incorrectly, or are incomplete or lost due to computer or electronic malfunctions or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site; printing or human or other errors; and any entries which are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, or any combination thereof. Online submission is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
