ELIGIBILITY: Boogie Wipes Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakesâ€) is open only to legal residents of any of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Should we have a winner from Canada, they will be asked a question of skill in order to receive their prize. The following persons are not eligible to participate: Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Nehemiah Manufacturing Co. LLC (“Sponsorâ€), its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, distributors, Web design, advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, “Promotion Partiesâ€), and the immediate family members of each (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and or “step†of each) and those living in their same households (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the Sweepstakes).
SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ETâ€) on September 30, 2014 and ends at 7:00 PM EST on October 5, 2014. (“Sweepstakes Entry Periodâ€). The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes. All Entries must be received and recorded within the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected or incomplete Entries.
TO ENTER: (the “Entryâ€). Participating consumers are able to enter the sweepstakes on boogiewipes.com website. Only one entry per email address is allowed during the contest time period and additional points will be awarded for various social media activity as shown in the entry form.
ENTRY GUIDELINES: Entries cannot defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks about Sponsor or its products, or other people, products or companies or communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which Sponsor wishes to associate. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, the individual creating the Entry shall be deemed the “consumerâ€. By entering, Consumer acknowledges that Sponsor will maintain records of consumers’ information. This information will not be sold or distributed. Entries that are not in accordance with the guidelines as stated herein or are not received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period will be ineligible. Entry will be considered made by the registered owner of the email address used for entry. “Registered owner†is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All Entries become the sole property of the Sponsor, and will not be acknowledged or returned. By submitting an Entry, consumer agrees that his or her submission is gratuitous and made without restriction. SWEEPSTAKES JUDGING: Entries will be collected and a winner will be randomly chosen by Sponsor. No specific criteria will be associated with the selection process. Decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The consumer’s chosen will be deemed “Winnersâ€. The winners (4 total) will be notified in the description of a pin during the Pinterest Party being held on October 5, 2014 from 9 - 10 pm ET. Winners must be present to win and comment on pin within five minutes. If the winner does not comment, another winner will be chosen. Winner will be required to provide the Winners mailing address, email address and/or daytime and evening phone numbers in order for the Winner to be contacted and to facilitate arrangements for the prize to be awarded.
