1. Eligibility: This Promotion is only open to worldwide entrants aged 16 years and over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, the agencies or companies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

2. To Enter: Users must 'Like' the Croydon Municipal Facebook page and register their email address.

3. No purchase is necessary however internet access is required.

4. Entries are accepted between 12:00 Friday 5th December and 17:00 Friday 19th December*. (*“Promotional Period”)

5. Users may enter once only.

6. The Prize/Reward:  1 x set of all 12 current CD titles in the Croydon Municipal collection. There is no cash alternative.

7. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. You understand that you are providing information to the Promoter and not Facebook. The information you provide will be used for fulfilment of this promotion. By entering the promotion all participants agree to a complete liability release for Facebook.

8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incorrectly submitted data, corrupted or misdirected entries, network failure or delay.

9. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable to any user for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion.

10. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected data entries (this includes, without limitation, by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion).

21. Data Protection: Your personal details will be kept confidential at all times and in accordance with the data protection act. On entering your email, you as the user voluntarily release this information to the Promoter. The Promoter may choose to use your contact details for future updates regarding Croydon Municipal and Cherry Red Records news and promotions. At no time will we provide your data to third parties for their marketing activities. The Promoter is bound by the Data Protection Acts (1988 and 2003).

22. This Promotion will be governed by laws of England and the jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
