AQUA PLUMBING & HEATING, LLC.'S 2025 HOLIDAY GIVEAWAY
Official Giveaway Rules

GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Aqua Plumbing & Heating, LLC., Holiday Giveaway ("Giveaway") begins at 12:01 a.m. EST on November 4, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on December 4, 2025.
All valid entries must be received during this period. Winners will be contacted by both telephone and email by December 11, 2025, and official winners will be announced on December 12, 2025 on all Aqua Plumbing & Heating, LLC., social media platforms.

ELIGIBILITY
This Giveaway is open to all legal residents of Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties in Pennsylvania who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and agents of Aqua Plumbing & Heating, LLC., (the "Sponsor"), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), or individuals living in the same household as any of the above, are not eligible to participate.
All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. The Giveaway is void where prohibited.

HOW TO ENTER
1. Complete your entry form.
2. Entrants must like and follow Aqua Plumbing & Heating, LLC.'s official Facebook page.
3. Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. Entries submitted by phone, email, or mail will not be accepted.
5. Any automated or duplicate entries will be disqualified.

PRIZE SELECTION AND WINNER NOTIFICATION
• Three (3) winners will be selected in a randomized drawing method ("Wheel of Names" on or before December 11, 2025.
• There will be one winner for each prize: First Place, Second Place, and Third Place.
• The drawing will include three shuffles and three spins: the first for third place, second for second place, and the final for the grand prize (first place).
• Winners will be contacted by telephone and email immediately following the drawing. If a winner does not respond by 8:00 a.m. EST the next day, an alternate winner will be chosen.
• Winners will be officially announced on Aqua Plumbing & Heating, LLC.'s social media pages on December 12, 2025.
• Prizes will be mailed promptly after confirmation of winner information.

PRIZE DETAILS
All prizes are awarded "as is", without any warranties, expressed or implied.
No substitutions, exchanges, or cash redemptions are permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with their prize. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any prize becomes unavailable.

GENERAL RULES
• Participation in this Giveaway constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding.
• By accepting a prize, winners grant Aqua Plumbing & Heating, LLC., the right to use their name, likeness, and/or photo for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
• If a winner declines the prize, cannot be contacted, or fails to comply with the rules, an alternate winner may be selected.
• Aqua Plumbing & Heating, LLC. is not responsible for any printing errors, delayed mail, or technical issues related to entry submission.

RELEASE AND INDEMNITY
By participating, entrants agree to:
1.Release and hold harmless Aqua Plumbing & Heating, LLC., its employees, agents, affiliates, and promotional partners from any claims or liabilities arising from participation or prize use.
2. Waive any right to claim damages, including punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.
3. Acknowledge that participation is voluntary and undertaken at their own risk.

INTERNET & TECHNICAL ISSUES
Aqua Plumbing & Heating, LLC., is not responsible for:
• Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
• Internet or website disruptions, server errors, or any technical malfunctions.
• Any damage to entrant's computer, phone, or device due to participation.

If the Giveaway is compromised by technical failures, tampering, or any event beyond Sponsor's control, the Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, modify, of suspend the Giveaway. Any suspected fraudulent entries will be voided.

CHOICE OF LAW
The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
By entering, entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania for any disputes arising our of or related to this Giveaway.
