CONTEST ENTRY RESTRICTIONS
Entrants are restricted to one (1) entry (via survey completions without purchase) per person, per household. Entries indicating the same telephone contact number or address will be considered, for purposes of the Contest, to belong to the same Customer and therefore are subject to the above restriction. Any excess entries will be invalid for purposes of the Contest draw. Entries made with multiple addresses, under multiple identities, or through the use of any device or artifice to enter multiple times or entries that are in excess of the permitted number of entries during the Contest period are automatically void. All Contest entries obtained through unauthorized sources or which are incomplete, illegible, mutilated, altered, reproduced, forged, irregular or fraudulent in any way or otherwise not in compliance with these Rules are automatically void. Sheblogs Media will be the sole and final reference source in validating a Prize claim.
Five (5) winners will be chosen at random from the total number of entries received in the contest.Winners will be announced by March 16, 2015. Winners will be notified via email and must respond within 48 hours to redeem their prize. Failure to respond by the deadline will result in selection of an alternative winner. Prizes will be mailed to the address specified by winners within 2 weeks of prize notification.
Prize consists of 1 container (48g) of Garnier Ultra-Lift Miracle Sleeping Night Cream and Eye Cream. Prize is non refundable, not transferable, and non-negotiable. sheblogs Media reserves the right to cancel this sweepstakes at any time prior to awarding the prizes. sheblogs Media also reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Each prize must be accepted as awarded.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By participating, each entrant and selected winner agrees: (a) to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of sheblogs Media, (b) to release and hold harmless sheblogs Media, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and independent contractors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives including advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability for claims/damages including, but not limited to, claims/damages for personal injury, for property damage with respect to acceptance, possession or use or misuse of the Prize or participation in the Contest.
All entries submitted become the property of sheblogs Media. Sheblogs Media shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription or registration of Contest entry information, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, faulty, incomplete, incomprehensible, or erased computer or network transmissions, line failures of any telephone network, failure of computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or web site, inability to submit the online survey, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to entrantâ€™s or any other personâ€™s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Contest, or for late, lost, stolen, postage due, illegible or misdirected entries. Sheblogs Media is not responsible for resending any returned to sender prizing and will not resend the prizing.
By completing the entry form all entrants consent to the collection, use and distribution of their personal information by sheblogs Media for the purposes of: (i) running the contest (ii) as permitted by these rules (for example, pursuant to these rules, all entrants who accept a prize consent to the use of their personal information for publicity usages) and (iii) to the receipt of marketing information from sheblogs Media about its products and services.
