I understand that I have committed to represent the Miss All American Diva Scholarship Pageant in the state/division checked above, in July 2020. I understand that all fees are non-refundable or transferable. I further understand that if I fail to fulfill this requirement, I will be required to relinquish the appointed title, including the crown and sash within two weeks of resignation. I will further be required to pay 50% of the national competition fee of $575 ($287.50)
