Win a Las Vegas Vacation!

Up to four (4) entries may be submitted by individuals 21 years or older who reside within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Entries must be received between 4:00 AM on June 24 and 12:59 PM on June 27, 2013. At least one entry must include the individual's first name, a valid email address, and an answer to a short survey question. Entries that do not meet these requirements will be disqualified.

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, which includes:

The winner must be 21 years or older and a Hyatt Gold Passport member at the time the prize is awarded. The contest entry form requires your first name and email address for the sole purpose of notifying the winner. Your personal information will not be used for any other purpose.

If selected as a winner, you will be required to provide your full name, Gold Passport number, and M life number. The winner will be notified no later than 12:59 PM on Friday, June 28, and must reply with the requested information no later than 12:59 PM on Tuesday, July 2, or another winner will be selected. Prize fulfillment is by Hyatt Hotels and MGM Resorts.
