Two Runner-Up Winners of the Campaign (the "Runner-Ups") will each receive (1) 1/24 scale 1/24 scale 2008 Dodge Challenger SRT8 Sheriff by Jada Toys (approximate retail value $14). Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by ModelToyCars.com. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at ModelToyCars.com's discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner.
