The Contest is open to legal Canadian residents, 18 years of age and older, residing in Ontario. Eda executives, board members, and candidates shall not participate and are not eligible to win.
Only one winner or qualifier per household. Prizes are not exchangeable for any cash refund. The Oxford EDA assumes no responsibility or liability for damages, loss or injury resulting from acceptance or use of the Tickets. The Station is not responsible for replacing tickets in the event of show cancellations as a result of weather, promoter, performer, or any unexpected situation,
Each winner will be required to produce identification on pick up of the tickets. Each winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release, including a publicity release, as prepared by the Oxford EDA prior to receiving the tickets. The Contest is void where prohibited by law. Anyone using fraudulent means to participate in and/or win the Contest will be disqualified. The EDA is not responsible for errors, problems or delays communications systems that may prevent entries from participating in the contest.
Any and all federal, provincial, and local laws apply to all contests.
By participating in any contests, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and regulations of the promotion.
All participant's names will be placed in a ballot box, a chosen EDA exec will pick a winner, and there shall be no less than two EDA members as witnesses, and this act will be documented by signatures.
