Giveaway starts on or about 04:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on February 10th, 2017 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on February 13th, 2017 (hereinafter the “Giveaway Periodâ€). Giveaway is open to legal residents of the continental United States. Employees, directors, and/or officers (including immediate family members or members of the household) of Sponsor(s), their subsidiaries, affiliated companies, distributors, advertising, fulfillment and promotion agencies and all other companies or entities associated with the Giveaway are not eligible to participate. This Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these Official Giveaway Rules which shall be final in all respects.
2. How to Enter. To enter, either access a link at a related Facebook or Twitter link for this Giveaway, or mail an envelope including entrant’s name, Giveaway name, telephone number, and email address to: 365 Sport./The Chelsea FC Home Lampard Jersey Giveaway, 101 25th Street North Suite 105, Birmingham, AL 35203. All entries must be received by 12:30 p.m. Central Standard Time on February 13, 2017. All entries, once submitted, become the property of the Sponsor(s) and shall not be returned. Any illegible or incomplete entries will not be eligible for the drawing. Entering more than once will not increase chances of winning.
3. Winning. On or about February 13, 2017 Sponsor(s) shall select at random one (1) grand prize winner from all eligible entries received. The selected winners will receive a chance to own either the Chelsea FC Home Ivanović or Mikel Jerseys.
Winners will be notified via email within two (2) days of the Giveaway's closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted within twenty-four (24) hours, the winners forfeits the prize and another winner will be chosen at random from all other eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. If these rules differ from any promotional or other materials published in connection with the Giveaway, these rules shall control.
4. Conditions. Prizes are non-transferable. No cash redemption or substitution will be allowed, except at Sponsor(s)’ sole discretion. If the prize is unavailable, Sponsor(s) reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Sponsor(s) also reserve the right to cancel or modify the Giveaway or these Official Giveaway Rules if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor(s)’ reasonable control impairs the integrity of this Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor(s), in their sole discretion. By participating, where allowable by law, entrant grants to Sponsor(s) the worldwide right to publish, broadcast and use in any media, including the World Wide Web, participant’s entry, name, city of residence, and state of residence, without limitation, for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation. Entrant hereby agrees and irrevocably consents to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the State of Alabama and of the United States of America located in the State of Alabama, USA, for any and all claims arising from or related to this Agreement.
