This Free Book Friday Promotion (the "Promotion") is governed by the following Official Rules. By submitting an entry, Participants agree to the terms of these Official Rules.
Participants in this Promotion must be legal resident of the United States or Canada, 18 years or older, and accessing this site in the United States or Canada, their territories, possessions, or commonwealths. This Promotion is void in Quebec and where prohibited.

3. PROMOTION DURATION
The Promotion will begin on the start date/time listed in the Sponsor's online entry form (the "Entry Form") (generally Saturdays at 12:01am) and run through the end date/time listed on the Entry Form (generally Fridays at 12:01am).
All times referenced in these Rules are in the America/New York timezone, and the official time for the purposes of the Promotion will be the time as kept on the servers hosting the Promotion.
4. HOW TO ENTER
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this Promotion.
Participants may enter in any one of the following ways:
i. Entering and submitting all required information in the Entry Form; or
ii. Sending an email to the address: info@freebookfriday.com with the Subject Line, "Official Promotion Entry," and including your full legal name, email address and title of the book listed as the Prize.
Each Participant must be a natural person, and each Participant is limited to a single email address, Facebook account, and/or other accounts used for entry. Multiple Participants are not permitted to share the same email address, Facebook account, and/or other accounts used for entry. Any incorrect or incomplete entry is void.
Any attempt by any Participant to obtain entries by using multiple/different email addresses, Facebook and other social media accounts, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that Participant's entries and that Participant will be disqualified from the Promotion.
Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents (including Promotion entry services) will void all entries by that Participant. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the Participant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holders.
If, in the Sponsor's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Promotion, or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and void any entries submitted fraudulently, to modify or suspend the Promotion, or to terminate the Promotion and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the termination date. Should the Promotion be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the Website. 5. THE PRIZE
The prize Winners will receive the prize listed in the Entry Form, generally (but not limited to) one (1) copy of the book listed in the Entry Form, delivered to the Winner's mailing address.
The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Prizes are $9.99 ($9.99).
Odds of winning will vary depending upon the number of entries submitted.
The specifics of all aforementioned elements of the prizes are solely determined by Sponsor. All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with any element of the prizes not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of the respective Winner. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the prize Winners' responsibility.
Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prizes, or portions thereof, with prizes of equal or greater value.
6. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER
The prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible Participants conducted on the Sponsor's behalf through the servers at Random.org or through the servers at PromoSimple's random number generator at approximately the End Date of the Promotion listed on the Entry Form. The determination made by the servers at Random.org or the PromoSimple servers will be final.
The prize Winners will be contacted by email thereafter, will be required to correctly answer unaided a mathematical skill-testing problem if a resident of Canada, and may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and publicity (where permitted) and tax documents where necessary, and return the same, properly executed, within five (5) days of issuance of prize notification.
If Sponsor is unable to contact the prospective winner or winners within three (3) days from first notification attempt, if the prospective winner or winners fail to complete and return all requested forms by the specified date, or if the prospective winner fails to comply with any of the requirements, his/her prize will be forfeited and an alternate prospective winner will be selected. 8. GOVERNING LAW
This Promotion is governed by United States law, is subject to the laws and regulations of the 50 States, of the District of Columbia, and of the Federal Government, and is void where prohibited. In the event of a dispute arising out of this Promotion, the Participant agrees that the law of Colorado will govern and specifically consents to personal jurisdiction over any such dispute in Colorado.
