BeautyFold, Shamikia Gottlieb, also referred to as The Company will be used in the following rule.

Contest Rules:
1. Must be 18 years or older to enter.
2. Must be a U.S resident and local resident of Mecklenburg County and surrounding counties.
3. By completing the entry form, you will be automatically entered in the giveaway.
4. One winner will be chosen
5. Contest ends Wednesday, July 5th, 2017 @ 11:59 p.m. EST.
6. Winner will be selected randomly via PromoSimple.
7. Winner will be announced on my blog on Friday, July 7th, 2017 (via blog post).
8. Winner must be able to release contact information such as name, email and address for shipment details.
9. Winner must claim prizes within 72 hours of winning announcement, otherwise prizes will be forfeited.
10. Once the winner is selected, further details will be given to the winner in how to claim prizes.

Agreement To Official Rules- Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Taxes- All Federal, State and Local taxes associated with the receipt of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Publicity- Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name and prize information for promotional purposes in any medium, except where prohibited by law, without further payment or other consideration.


Publicity; Use of Personal Information- By participating, where allowed by law, all participants and winner(s) grant the Company exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, videotape, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating in the Contest/Giveaway, where allowed by law, participants agree that the Company may disclose personal information obtained from participants in the Contest/Giveaway to third parties and use such information for marketing and other purposes.


Release of Liablility- By entering the giveaway through this website, you release BeautyFold blog or associated business or names from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the giveaway or delivery, misdelivery or acceptance of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty
or other theory.

Delivery Disclaimer-For all contests the Company disclaims all liability for any delays, misdelivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, courier, express, electronic transmission, or other delivery method. The company is not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrant's ability to participate in the Contest, and any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Contest.
