1. Eligibility. This sweepstakes (“Sweepstakesâ€) is open to legal residents of the fifty U.S. states, {and the District of Columbia} 18 years of age or older. Owner of Roasted Beanz, as well as all applicable immediate family members (i.e., parents, children, siblings, spouse) of the foregoing, are prohibited from entering the Sweepstakes. Any violation of the Official Rules may result in disqualification. The Owner(s) and/or Sponsor site has no obligation to notify violators of their disqualification.
2. Entry Period. Sweepstakes begins July 10, 2013 at 12:01am EST and ends July 17, 2013 at 11:59pm EST (the “Entry Periodâ€). All entries must be received during the Entry Period.
3. How to Enter. Entrants may access the online entry form at: http://wwwroastedbeanz.com as well as all applicable event blogs listed above and on the entry form.
4. Prize. One winner[s] will win TWO (2) $25 Oriental Trading Company gift cards. Prize will be sent direct from the {sponsor} or owner of this blog via USPS mail. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or non-deliverable mail issues.
5. Winner Selection & Notification. One entry for this prize will be selected at random. The winner will be notified via the email they provided when entering the giveaway. However the winner forfeits all rights to the prize and an alternate winner may be selected if the winning entry is not properly completed AND/OR the full name and mailing address is not confirmed within [24] hours of email notification. Winners must meet the eligibility requirements for the sweepstakes as described above. The Owner(s) of Roasted Beanz and/or Sponsor will determine whether each winner who has responded to the Selection Notification within the time allowed meets those requirements. Winners who do not meet the eligibility requirements for the Sweepstakes will be disqualified and alternate winners may be selected.
