Aiya Matcha's Season of Giving Sweepstakes

OFFICIAL RULES

1. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the United States only who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.
2. ENTRY PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 am (PST) on December 6, 2017, and ends at 11:59 pm (PST) on December 20, 2017.
3. ENTRY TERMS: Participant must login or create an Aiya Consumer Account, write and submit one original product review on the Aiya consumer website, and submit his or her information on the official entry form during the entry period.
4. BONUS ENTRY TERMS: Participants can earn five (5) bonus entries each time he or she leaves additional original Aiya Matcha product review(s) on the Aiya consumer website; participants can review as many Aiya Matcha products as he or she would like on the Aiya consumer website. Participants can earn five (5) bonus entries by leaving a Matcha To Go product review on the Milk & Eggs website. Participants can also earn five (5) bonus entries by leaving a Ceremonial Matcha product review on the Milk & Eggs website. Only one original review per product per website will be counted. All product reviews must be submitted during the entry period to be considered. Additional Aiya Matcha product review entries will be manually added to participants’ total after completion of the sweepstakes period.
Additionally, participants can earn one (1) bonus entry for each Instagram follow of the following accounts: @aiyamatcha, @milkandeggscom, @veganstreetfair, @marie.reginato. Participants must be following the account(s) at the end of the entry period to be considered.
5. PRIZES: A total of three (3) prizes will be awarded. One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive an Aiya Matcha Pure White Ceremonial Matcha Gift Set ($78.60 value), Aiya Matcha Gift Card ($125.00 value), Milk & Eggs Gift Card ($100.00 value), two (2) Vegan Street Fair Los Angeles Fast Passes ($88.00 value), and a copy of Alternative Vegan: Healthy Plant-Based Recipes That Break the Rules from author Marie Reginato ($21.99 value). One (1) Runner-Up Prize winner will receive an Aiya Matcha gift card ($75.00 value) and Milk & Eggs gift card ($75.00 value). One (1) Third Place Prize winner will receive an Aiya Matcha gift card ($50.00 value). Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Limit: one (1) prize per household.
Prizes are nontransferable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made, other than as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize, in whole or in part, of equal or greater monetary value if a prize cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, as described for any reason.
6. RANDOM DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) potential Grand Prize winner, one (1) potential Runner-Up winner, and one (1) potential Third Place winner will be randomly selected the week of December 26, 2017. Potential winners need not be present to win, and will be contacted by email after the random drawing using the contact information given at the time of entry.
7. SPONSOR: Aiya America, Inc., 386 Beech Ave, Unit B3, Torrance, California 90501 (“Sponsor”), whose decisions are final and binding as to all aspects of this Sweepstakes.
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this sweepstakes or to receive a prize. A purchase will not affect or improve the chances of winning. This sweepstakes are subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
