The information you provide on this form will be used for picking a random winner by The Inky Octopus, and providing your email will sign you up for The Inky Octopus email newsletter. If you decide to post/share information via a social network for an additional entry, you are providing that network with your information.

ENTRIES
Qualified residents may enter by filling out the form available on The Inky Octopus (www.theinkyoctopus.com/blog/????). Sweepstakes entry is void for residents outside of the US, and those under 18 years of age.

Information required on each sweepstakes entry form includes: name, email address, and confirmation that you read the rules. Sweepstakes runs from 3/1/18 at 12 a.m. through 3/20/18 at 11 p.m. Central Time. Winners will be chosen randomly, and will be notified through email (the email address provided on the form) on or before 3/21/18.

PRIZES
Three prizes available:
Prize #1: Mini Framed Octopus Illustration (estimated retail value: $25).
Prize #2: Octopus Coloring Book (estimated retail value: $6.50).
Prize #3: Octopus Stationery Set (estimated retail value: $8.00).

WINNERS
3 winners total will be chosen at random. Only one prize per person will be allowed; winners may not win more than 1 prize. Winners will be chosen and notified through the email they provided on entry form on or before 3/21/18. A list of winners will be available on The Inky Octopus website at (www.theinkyoctopus.com/blog/???) by 3/21/18. If first chosen winner(s) do not respond to notification email within 72 hours, a new winner will be chosen (at random). Prizes will be mailed to winners within one week of response to email notification.
