Qualified residents may enter by filling out the form available on The Inky Octopus (www.theinkyoctopus.com/blog/the-sleep-catcher-giveaway). Sweepstakes entry is void for residents outside of the US, and those under 18 years of age.

Information required on each sweepstakes entry form includes: name, email address, and confirmation that you read the rules. Sweepstakes runs from 4/16/18 at 12 a.m. through 4/30/18 at 11 p.m. Central Time. Winners will be chosen randomly, and will be notified through email (the email address provided on the form) on or before 5/2/18.

WINNERS
2 winners total will be chosen at random. Only one prize per person will be allowed; winners may not win more than 1 prize. Winners will be chosen and notified through the email they provided on entry form on or before 5/2/18. If first chosen winner(s) do not respond to notification email within 72 hours, a new winner will be chosen (at random).
