Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. The Prize Draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Prize Draw.
2. The Prize Draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
3. All entries must be submitted by voting for one of two designs in the comments section on either of the following website addresses www.facebook.com/charbroil/ or http://theeverydayman.co.uk/ (Prize Draw). Only one entry may be made per person.
4. The opening date for entries is 10 am CEST on 7 May 2018. The closing date of the Prize Draw is 11.59 pm CEST on 31 May 2018. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. Two winners (Winners) will be chosen by random draw under the supervision of an independent person on 1 June 2018 (Draw Date). One winner will be chosen from the votes listed under the comments section of www.facebook.com/charbroil/ (Facebook Page) and one other winner will be chosen in the same way from http://theeverydayman.co.uk/ (Everyday Man Page) on the Draw Date. The design which has received the most votes will be engraved on the Char-Broil Platinum.
7. The Winners will each receive:
i) 1x Limited Edition Char-Broil Platinum 3400S with the engraved design (Char-Broil
Platinum); and
ii) 1x Tattoo Session worth £600 at Jay Hutton’s Adrenaline Tattoo Studio to have a
tattoo of their choice (Tattoo);
both hereby referred to as the Prize.
8. One winner of the Prize will be notified with a reply to their comment under the comments section of the Facebook Page and the other winner who has entered the Prize Draw through the Everyday Man Page will be notified of the Prize by email (Notice). Notice will be given within 24 hours after the Prize Draw is closed.
9. The Winners must send a direct message to the Promoter through Nathalie Pittack by sending an email to NPittack@charbroil.com within 24 hours of Notice, to declare whether they accept the Prize. If such declaration is not made within 24 hours of Notice, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above at clause 6 (note that the Draw Date will not apply in this situation).
10. Subject to clause 9, the Char-Broil Platinum will be delivered to the Winners by courier in June 2018. The Winners must book the Tattoo by contacting the Promoter through Nathalie Pittack by sending an email to NPittack@charbroil.com. The Winners must book the Tattoo no later than 31 July 2018.
