1. General. The eGolf Megastore Gift Card sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by eGolf International LLC ("Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and to all applicable federal, UAE laws. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

2. Eligibility. This Sweepstakes is open to all residing in the following countries: UAE, Qatar, Oman, KSA, Kuwait, & Bahrain. Employees of eGolf Megastore, its affiliates, parent, subsidiaries, prize providers, and all other service agencies involved with the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), together with the immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and those persons living in the same household (whether or not related) as such employees are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period. The promotion period (“Promotion Period”) begins on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 and ends on August 13, 2018. Sponsor’s (or Sponsor’s designated representative's) computer is the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter. You may enter during the Promotion Period by signing up to receive emails from eGolf Megastore by using the email signup form containing the sweepstakes entry form on egolfmegastore.ae. Limit of one entry per person and email address for the entire Promotion Period, the authorized account holder of the email address at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant.

5. Prizes. Entry Period Prizes (one (1) per Entry Period): An AED 1000 Gift Card of store credit to be used online or in-store at any eGolf Megastore branch. Prize cannot be redeemed for cash and are not transferable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification. One (1) potential winner will be selected from Entry Period in a random drawing on or about the Drawing Dates listed in section 3, from among all eligible entries received corresponding to the given Entry Period, by Sponsor or Sponsor’s representative, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Each drawing will take place on August 14, 2018 in United Arab Emirates on the Drawing Date.

The potential prize winner will be announced on Facebook and will be notified by Sponsor via the email address or phone number associated with the entry on or about three (3) business days following the Drawing Date. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by email or phone within five (5) days of the first notification attempt, an alternate potential winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries for that prize.

Potential winners are subject to verification. If a potential winner is found to be ineligible, if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate entrant even if the disqualified potential winner’s name may have been publicly announced. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address or telephone number of Entrants.

7. Use of Information. Personally, identifiable information that is submitted by entrants as part of this Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, select the prize winner and fulfill the prize, and will be subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy accessible on its website at https://www.egolfmegastore.ae/privacypolicy. If you are selected as a winner, your information may also be included in a publicly-available winner’s list.
