HOW TO ENTER THE ABOVE GIVEAWAY: No contribution or purchase is necessary. Enter online during the entry period posted on the online entry page. Sweepstakes begins April 24, 2013 at 05:01am PST and ends April 30, 2013 at 11:59pm PST (the “Entry Period”). All entries must be received during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries, if discovered, will be disqualified from the drawing. Entries with incomplete information will be disqualified.

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of any one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. This Giveaway is governed exclusively by the laws of the United States. YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE GIVEAWAY IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED WITHIN THE 50 UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. Void where prohibited.

LIMITATIONS: Participants and winner(s) must be at least 18-years old and a legal resident of the Unites States as determined by CaliforniaGermans as contest sponsor.

NOTIFICATION: Every eligible entry will be included in the drawing. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period, unless otherwise specified on the entry page. All decisions are final and binding in matters relating to the Giveaway. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Drawing may be done through an electronic script which will randomly select the winner by using a computer script designed to select random entry or entries. Potential winners will be notified by email within one day of the drawing date. Each entrant selected as a potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements. Recipients of Selection Notifications must respond to the Selection Notification within three (3) days from the date the Selection Notification has been sent. If a winner does not respond within that time, the winner forfeits all rights to the prize and an alternate winner may be selected.

PRIZES: Description and retail value of the prize(s) is posted on the entry page. In this particular Sweepstakes the prize is: Four (4) $28 Concert Tickets in all by SalastinaSociety.org, two (2) per winner, for different concert dates & location. The tickets will be waiting at will call under the respective winner’s name. Sponsor makes no warranties with regard to the prize(s). Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions of prize allowed by winner(s). Vendor gift certificate prizes are subject to vendor’s usual gift certificate policies. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are not redeemable by winner for cash value. Prize will be delivered by method selected by Sponsor. Winner is responsible for any and all costs associated with using the prize. The chances of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries.

CONDITIONS AND RELEASE: By participating in this Giveaway, all participants and winner(s) grant Sponsor exclusive permission to use their names and likenesses in connection with promotion of this Giveaway and for any other purpose, and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. Further, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against Sponsor, its employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense which may occur from the conduct of, preparation for, travel to, or participation in, the Giveaway, or from the use or misuse of any prize or participation of any related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. Sponsor is not responsible if Giveaway cannot take place or if any prize cannot be awarded/delivered due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, or weather. All taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of winner.

OTHER RULES: By participating in the Giveaway, all participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and by all decisions of Sponsor. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury to entrant's computer related to participation in the Giveaway. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Giveaway or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway by using unfair or fraudulent means. Sponsor will resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules. All decisions will be made by Sponsor and are final. Sponsor may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion.
