OFFICIAL RULES FOR THE FISHERMAN'S CHOICE CHARTERS SUPERBOWL CONTEST
I. Only 1 entry per person
II. Only 1 winner will be chosen each ¼. If there is a tie, the Gift Certificate will divided among each winners.
III. You cannot win more than one ¼
IV. Each Entry MUST include team and score. If There is not a team included with the score, entry is void.
Example: FB Team - 10 and FB Team - 7
V. If no one guesses the exact score, closest score wins.
VI. Gift Certificates are good only for the dates as described...July 1 through August 31, 2020
VII. Winners will be notified by email and gift certificates will be held by Fisherman's Choice Charters until used.
VIII. You must reply within 2 days of notification of your winning or you forfeit your prize to another entrant.
IX. Reservations are required and must be made in advance to the dates you would like to use the gift certificate.
X. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash nor can they be transferred to another person.
XI. The Gift Certificate is for a ½ day fishing trip only. Does include transportation, fishing licenses, food, drink or gratuities.
XII. If you cancel your trip the day of or are a no show, you forfeit your Gift Certificate regardless of any remaining balance.
XIII. Rules are FINAL and there will be no substitutions or changes, regardless of the reason.
