Eligibility:
Must be twenty-one (21) years or older. Employees of Sponsors (defined below) and their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, promotion and advertising agencies, immediate family members of any such individuals (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live), or persons living in the same households of such individuals, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win a prize. Only one (1) prize per household. The Sweepstakes will consist of one (1) drawing and one (1) winner.

Sponsors of the Sweepstakes are Practical Media Inc., a California corporation, 3120 Partridge Ave Oakland, CA 94605 and David’s Bridal Inc., a Florida corporation (collectively, “Sponsors”).
Schedule:
The Sweepstakes begins November 15th, 2018 at 4:30AM PST and ends November 18th, 2018 at 11:59pm PST (“Entry Period”).
How to Enter:
No purchase necessary. You can enter this Sweepstakes by one of the following two means. You must submit all required data in order for the Sweepstakes entry to be valid. Only one (1) entry per person.
Online entry: Enter by visiting www.apracticalwedding.com during the Entry Period. On-line entries must be received by 11:59pm PST on November 18th, 2018.
Email entry: Email team at apracticalwedding dot com with your name, address, home telephone number and age. Only one (1) entry per email. Email in entries must be sent by the end of the Entry Period.
Conditions of Entry:
Incomplete entries will not be accepted. All entries become the property of Sponsor(s) and will not be returned or acknowledged. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules, all eligibility requirements, and the decisions of Sponsor, including the interpretation of these Official Rules and its exercise of discretion, which will be final and binding in all respects. Sponsors, their respective advertising and promotion agencies, and/or any telephone network or service providers are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any web site or online service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, misdirected, illegible or postage due entries.
If you are entering online, you must provide a valid e-mail address and you must be the registered subscriber of the e-mail account by which the entry is made prior to the first date of the Entry Period.
Any potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsors with proof that he or she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. In case of dispute as to the identity of a winner who entered online, such entry will be declared made by the registered user of the email account, and if a prize is won, and such registered user is a valid entrant, the prize will be awarded to such registered user.
Prize:
One (1) Grand Prizes will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of a David’s Bridal gift card valued at $500. All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges on any prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. No prize transfer, assignment or substitution by winners permitted. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prize in the event of unavailability, in which case a prize of comparable value determined in Sponsors’ reasonable discretion, will be awarded.
Drawing:
One prize-winner will be determined on or about November 19th, 2018 by a random drawing from all eligible entries received by the end of the Entry Period. The random drawing will be conducted by an independent judge whose decisions are final with respect to all aspects of this Sweepstakes. Estimated odds of winning are 1: 1,000. If by reason of a printing or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded. All decisions of the Sponsors are final.
Sponsors are not responsible for technical, telephone, hardware or software malfunction, lost, interrupted, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, including the inaccurate or incorrect capture of online entry information, or any other errors of any kind, however caused, that may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes.
If, in Sponsors’ opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with or alteration of any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if any technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsors reserve the right to terminate the Sweepstakes or void any affected entries.
