1. Agreement: These rules govern the 2019 MADE WITH LOVE Contest (the Contest). No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest. The act of entering the Contest constitutes acceptance of the Contest rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the Contest judges, which decisions shall be final and binding upon all entrants.
2. Sponsor: The Contest sponsor is The Foodies Group (the Sponsor). The Contest prize is supplied by MADE WITH LOVE (the Prize Supplier).
3. Eligibility: This Contest is open to residents of Ontario who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence except for employees, their immediate families and anyone living with any employee of the Sponsor, the Prize Supplier or either of their respective corporate affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies.
4. Contest: To enter the Contest, access the Contest website at https://foodiesonfoot.ca/made-with-love-cocktail-competition-2019-toronto-regional-finals/, read these Contest rules, and follow the instructions to complete and submit your entry during the Contest Period (a valid email address will be required). The Contest Period begins at 2:00 ET on March 30, 2010 and ends at 23:59 ET on April 4, 2019. The selected entrants will be chosen by random draw, which will take place following the Contest Period. Each selected entrant will be contacted by email by a representative of the Sponsor, and must reply within 24 hours to maintain eligibility. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted within this time period or fails to respond to any attempted contact, such selected entrant will be disqualified, his/her entry will be declared null and void and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to select at random another eligible entry, in which event these provisions shall apply to such other eligible entry. In order to be eligible to win, each selected entrant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance or mechanical or electronic aid.
5. Prize: 2 prizes are available to be won, consisting of two (2) passes to MADE WITH LOVE - 2019 Toronto Regional Finals on April 8, 2019. All required documentation and information regarding the issuance and delivery of the prize will be sent via e-mail directly to each selected entrants' email address. The prize winner is solely responsible for any expenses not listed above. No responsibility is assumed by the Sponsor for any matters which may prohibit the gift certificate from being used, including but not limited to any unforeseen circumstances. The cash value for the gift certificate is .01 cent. If a selected entrant is unable or unwilling to accept or otherwise redeem the prize on the terms it is awarded, the prize shall be forfeited and no refunds, cash or substitutes will be provided in whole or in part. Sponsor is not responsible for unclaimed prizes. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any postal or courier delays or any loss, theft or damage that may occur to any prize. Any unused portion of the prize will be deemed to be forfeited and no substitution or other compensation will be awarded.
6. Release: By act of entering the Contest, each entrant releases and discharges the Released Parties (defined below) from any and all claims or liability arising out of or relating to his or her participation in this Contest or claim to, acceptance or use of any prize. In addition, the entrant releases the Sponsor and the Prize Supplier and each of the respective related parties and its respective affiliates, successors, assigns, past and present employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, and media buying, advertising and/or promotional agencies (collectively, the Released Parties), of the Sponsor and the Prize Supplier, from any and all liability in connection with the Contest and/or the acceptance or use of any prize, confirming compliance with the rules and consenting to the use of his or her name and photograph, without further compensation, in any publicity carried out by the Sponsor, the Prize Supplier or their respective advertising and promotional agencies.
7. Privacy: We use your personal contact information to administer this Contest, including contacting, announcing and promoting prize winners. In addition, we may use this information to send you offers or information from us, our affiliates and from selected sponsors or advertisers (Marketing Offers).
