PRIZES: The prize or prizes shall be as advertised. The winners are not permitted to substitute the prize for its cash equivalent. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any or all of the prizes with any article or service of similar or greater value at its sole discretion. Prizes may not be assigned or transferred.
HOW TO ENTER: You may enter the sweepstakes by (i) completing the raffle card provided in Sugarfina retail locations and placing the raffle card into a collection box located inside a Sugarfina retail location or (ii) completing the on-line raffle entry form found at sugarfina.com.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
It is the entrant’s responsibility to obtain any parental or employer permission to provide the information required to complete the entry.
ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States of America, the District of Columbia (but excluding all territories and possessions of the United States of America) and Canada who are the age of majority or older in their respective places of residence as of the start date of the sweepstakes.
This promotion is not open to those who, as of the start of the sweepstakes were (collectively, the “Released Parties"):
(a) employees, directors, officers, agents or representatives of Sponsor, co-Sponsor (if any), or their affiliates, subsidiaries, or parents, advertising or promotion agencies and suppliers of prizes, materials and services in relation to the Sweepstakes;
(b) members of the immediate family of any of the persons in (a) above;
(c) engaged in the development, production, drawing or selection of winners for this promotion;
(d) members of the same household as any of the persons in (a) and (c) above.
ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. All eligible entries shall have an equal chance to win the prize.
SELECTION: The winner(s) will be selected at random by drawing from the entries submitted and received by Sponsor. Three (3) winners will be selected from on-line entries and one (1) winner shall be selected from each retail location which collected entries. The prize drawings will be conducted on or about May 1, 2019. The winner(s) will be contacted by Sponsor at the email address or by phone provided on the raffle entry form. In the event that (i) no email address is provided, (ii) the entrant did not consent to entry as set forth on the entry form, and/or (iii) in the event that Sponsor cannot reach the winner within three (3) days after it attempts to notify the winner, Sponsor will select a new winner according to these rules. Additionally, if the winner is ineligible, it will be deemed as if the winner has rejected the prize, and Sponsor will select a new winner.
SCHEDULE: The advertisement for the sweepstakes will set forth the start and end date of the sweepstakes. All entries must be received by April 29, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific time on the end date.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or amend the Official Rules of this promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. At its sole discretion, Sponsor may disqualify any person whom it considers to have intentionally violated the Official Rules or any element of this promotion or any person deemed to be tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process. By participating, participants agree: (a) to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor; (b) to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, any co-sponsor and “Facebook,” “Twitter,” ”Instagram,” or any other social media platform where the sweepstakes is advertised, from any and all liability with respect to acceptance, possession or use (or misuse) of the prize(s) or participation in this promotion.
