Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. By entering, winner releases Lewis Bakeries and other participating retailers, affiliated companies and subsidiaries, advertising agencies and any and all sponsors. Employees, employee’s family members and members of the same household as the proceeding are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

The Healthy Life Birthday Giveaway contest is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. Individual must be a legal resident of the United States.

There is a limit of unique submissions a participant may submit during the duration of the contest.

The winner will win a Healthy Life Treat Bag with an approximate value of $20.

The contest runs from 8:00AM CST, Friday April 16, 2021 until 7:00am CST, April 9, 2021. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the contest.

Posts may not contain any obscene, lewd, violent, offensive or otherwise inappropriate language, behavior, slogans, political, personal and/or religious statements, or in any way reflect negatively upon the sponsor as be determined by the sponsor in its sole discretion. Entrant must have written permission from any third parties mentioned in the post and must make written permission available to the sponsor upon request.

By posting a submission, entrants represent and warrant that they have submitted an original piece of work and it does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights or any other legal or moral rights of any third party.

Winner’s name will be posted on the Healthy Life Facebook Page after contest ends. Winner has until April 26, 2021 to claim their prize according to the directions given by the Healthy Life Fan Page Administrator.
