In order for this information to be shared with the entry form by Facebook, you must first grant permission to PromoSimple by approving this application.

What happens with data submitted in an entry form?
Why do I only see an ‘Entry Form is Loading’ message?
PromoSimple entry forms are structured to not load (in the meantime you will see a ‘Form is Loading’ image) until the entire website has loaded. This is to ensure that a PromoSimple entry form will never slow down the load time of a website or any of it’s features.
