Official Rules
FREE Water Heater Giveaway Includes:
• 30, 40 or 50-gallon natural gas Bradford White water heater
• Labor for installation
1. ENTRY PERIOD: Begins 12:00am on November 6, 2019 and ends 11:59pm on December 12, 2019.
2. ELIGIBILITY: To take part in this giveaway, participants must
a. Be 18 years of age or older
b. The home must be owner occupied (rental properties are not eligible)
c. Contest is limited to single family, residential homes within our service areas (Philadelphia, Bucks and Montgomery counties)
d. One entry per household, multiple entries will be disqualified
e. Employees and their immediate family (i.e., parents, spouse, children, siblings) of Aqua Plumbing & Heating are not eligible to enter.
3. TO ENTER: Complete and submit the entry form. Limit one (1) online entry per email address. If more than one entry per person is received, only one entry will be eligible. All entries submitted in accordance with these Official Rules shall be hereinafter referred to as “Eligible Entries”. In the event of a dispute over who submitted a winning online entry, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to participate in the giveaway at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant.
4. WINNER SELECTION: The winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received on Friday, December 13, 2019.
*Not valid with any other offers or on previous purchases. No cash value to prize. The prize includes the specified equipment, related labor and connectors for a standard installation. Does not include any required modifications to remove the old water heater or install the new water heater in your home. Any additional costs for custom work necessary will be at the expense of the winner. Winner is responsible for paying the required taxes on the value of the prize.
