PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The 1st sign up period begins on the 1st day of each month, and ends on the 4th day of each month. Winner will be announced on the 5th. The 2nd sign up period begins on the 15th day of each month, and ends on the 19th day of each month. Winner will be announced on the 20th. (28th if February)
